The Innisfree no. 3:The Yellow King

We're wherever you want to be right now, caught in the in between. This is a digital collage I made about 20 years ago.

As we move our way down from the international to the national, I feel compelled to at least address the giant yellow pedophilic tumor in the room. I alluded in the last blog that while I have my doubts about whether Trump is the Antichrist (a role more likely played by Putin), there can be no doubt that he is anti Christ. By which I mean that the way that he behaves and has behaved throughout his life is contrary to the behavior modeled by Christ in the Gospels. The lies and the slime, the utter embarrassment of his public tantrums, his blatant corruption. He is a gangster from central casting, violent and bawdy, with a singular focus on enriching himself while punishing his perceived enemies in the most humiliating ways possible. He is a depraved man who seems to act as a corrosive force on the moral fiber of virtually everyone who comes in contact with him. He is the King Midas of shit.

All of these things seem to me to be unassailable. They are factual statements about the character of this man. If we lived in a different time and place he would have never been president because he'd already be in prison for tax fraud or some other white collar crime. But unfortunately we live right now, and for some reason he has been shielded from the consequences of his uncountable crimes for God knows why.

I have my suspicions though, and with the latest tranche of Epstein diarrhea, I feel awfully confident in my position. It appears to me that Trump was not only a good personal friend of Epstein but a collaborator in the various rackets. When he went bankrupt in the 90's he was cultivated as an asset by the KGB and with Epstein set about getting dirt on anyone and everyone they could. Trump and Epstein's various properties were the epicenter of these crimes. Having rigged up much of the major players in the West in a spiderweb of Kompromat and salacious intrigue, Putin unleashed Trump on the American political system, weakened as it was by decades of overspending and corporate and government malfeasance. They helped him get elected in 2016 through an assault on digital media, gaming the overwrought media environment to give him 24/7 coverage and getting people worked up over shadows. COVID (probably a Chinese gambit?) and Trump's Yackety-Sax response to it buried him for the 2020 election, a situation they thought they'd be able to remedy with J6. They overplayed their hand, Pence lost his nerve, and the insurrection didn't work. It didn't matter, though, because the Dems are so tied up in the pedo nonsense that they did nothing but botch the second year of COVID and keep the muzzle on the more people-friendly suggestions from the left, paving the way for Trump to once again loom on the horizon.

2024 wasn't an election, it was a coup. And now we're 1 year into the rest of our lives under whatever horror this government becomes. Trump has made it clear that he will use the military on American citizens and that he feels anyone who disagrees with him is the enemy. The Epstein files (and his own words) make it clear what he has in store for his enemies. His model for governing seems to be to rush forward and flood the zone with shit, stir everyone up, and then back off for a bit, before starting again. Each time, inching closer and closer to complete control. He is aiming for a schizo version of the Monroe Doctrine, whereby he is Grand Leader of the Americas, and he will not stop until he is stopped. Further reflecting his gangster instincts, his foreign policy seems to be focused exclusively on controlling the chokepoints of global trade: the Panama and Suez Canals, and the newly opening Northwest Passage. Essentially his foreign policy is little more than a protection racket, and he and his buddies are carving up the world into continental fiefdoms. It's possible this will be a surprisingly stable arrangement for awhile, but it will not last forever.

So why write all this bile? Isn't this supposed to be a blog about hope and collective dreaming? Sure, yes. That is the goal. But, I feel like I need to at least get started with a baseline, so y'all know where I'm coming from. Last blog I spoke about the international scene, and now I've said all I want to about the Yellow King. This is an exorcism, not a long term direction of inquiry. I believe this man will do everything in his power to destroy the world as long as he is King and his enemies are crushed. And for some reason we've given him the power to do it.

But I do not think he will win. The devil always overplays his hand.
