City of Tucker Emergency Declaration

On March 31, Mayor Frank Auman outlined a series of new measures aimed at proactively stemming the spread of the coronavirus.

Those measures include:

• Suspension of all in-restaurant dining

• Closure of all businesses which require customer contact (hair and nail salons, massage establishments)

• Extension of 9 p.m.-6 a.m. citywide curfew

• Mandating that businesses must comply with CDC guidelines

• Suspension of late fees and penalties for occupational taxes
